outcome-based cleaning services, not hourly cleaning, Pricing reflects
the level of buildup, condition of the space, and scope of work
required, not the amount of time spent.
Deep Clean Reset vs. Maintenance Cleaning
Deep Clean Reset
• A one-time or short-term intensive service
• Required for homes with heavy buildup, pet hair, grease, clutter, or long-term grime
• Work during this phase is detailed and methodical.
• Progress may appear slower because the so is restoration, not surface appearance
• Priced separately from maintenance services
Maintenance Cleaning
• Begins only after the home has a fully reset
• Designed to preserve cleanliness, not correct buildup • Faster more predictable visits
• Offered at a lower, consistent rate once reset is complete

Chemical-Free & Low-Scent Cleaning
Upon request, Clean Aura uses vinegar, steam, and low-scent methods.

• Requires more time and physical labor
• May slow visible progress during reset phases
• Still delivers effective results through technique, repetition, and detail
Clutter & Accessibility
Cleaning services do not include organizing or decluttering unless pre-arranged.

Payment & Pricing
• Deep Clean Reset services are one-time fees
• Maintenance pricing applies only after reset completion
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
